- ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS, PENDING AVAILABILITY AND CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION. DURING SEASONAL SALES, ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS. PLEASE NOTE ORDERS PLACED WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING ON FRIDAY AFTER 3:30PM EST. WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL MONDAY.

- ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED AND DELIVERED TO THE INTENDED LOCATION STATE ON YOUR ORDER PARKER POST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN, MISPLACED, OR LOST PACKAGES. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO THE CARRIER WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER YOU RECEIVED AND THEY WILL ASSIST YOU IN FINDING YOUR PACKAGE.
MY ITEM NEEDS TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS OR TAXES?

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

WE ACCEPT ITEMS IN NEW CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED FOR A STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER BEING DELIVERED.
IF AN ITEM IS NOT RETURNED IN ACCEPTABLE CONDITION (STAINED, ODOROUS, TORN, ETC) A 40% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND AFTER I SHIPPED MY RETURN?
- THE RETURN PROCESS TYPICALLY TAKES 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DAY THE ORDER IS DELIVERED BACK TO US. WE WILL SEND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE YOUR RETURN IS PROCESSED, AND YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF AN E-GIFT CARD.
