RETURNS/ REFUND POLICY
FREE RETURNS/ STORE CREDIT:
We accept free returns for a STORE CREDIT ONLY for non-final sale items when postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact shop@parkerpostboutique.com
Holiday Policy: All non-final sale items may be returned until 30 days after Christmas.
RETURN GUIDELINES:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags and mysterious smells for a refund to store credit only (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
All BLACK FRIDAY + CYBER MONDAY sale(s) are final sale.
If any returns do not meet above requirements, you will be contacted and incur a 40% restocking fee deducted from your store credit *NO EXCEPTIONS*
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
To ship back your return, please package your items with your order number inside via shipping service of your choice. Please include your order number in your return as missing order numbers will cause a delay in the return process. All returns are shipped to:

Once your return is received it will be processed and inspected. Once your item is inspected and approved, your store credit will be emailed over in the form of an e-gift card. Returns can take 5-10 business days to process once they are delivered.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt or they cannot be returned. Upon reporting your damaged item, please provide photo(s) through our returns + exchanges portal and we will be happy to assist you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: (if applicable)
If it has been 10+ day(s) since your return was delivered back to us and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at shop@parkerpostboutique.com
OTHER:
Once USPS/ UPS has marked your packaged delivered, we are no longer responsible for any items that might be missing, stolen, or damaged.
